Christmas at Cedar!

Over the past couple of weeks, children at Cedar Children’s Academy have been feeling very festive! Our pupils have been participating in a variety of Christmas activities, including their Nativity plays, and lots of lovely Christmas crafts.

Children were given the opportunity to handpick special gifts for their loved ones this term, as we opened our very own Elfridges shop at Cedar. Pupils loved looking through the variety of gifts on offer and choosing the perfect presents for their friends and family.

Our Christmas dinner this year was a lovely event, in which pupils made their own Christmas hats to wear whilst they enjoyed their food. It was fantastic seeing the children enjoy their meal together and have fun wearing their hats for the occasion.

We even welcomed the real Father Christmas to our school gates on the last day of term, wishing the children a very merry Christmas and ending their school term in the most magical way possible. Elm class even sang to Father Christmas, and one of our wonderful nursery children could be heard shouting, “It’s the real Father Christmas! He’s come to Cedar!”
