Cedar Children’s Academy celebrated World Day of Cultural Diversity with a carnival‑style steel pan assembly, creative global art workshops, cultural dress, themed international food and a vibrant showcase for families. Pupils explored traditions from Australia, Italy, France, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago through music, art and hands‑on learning.

We're proud to open a new nursery space, expanding our early years provision and welcoming two-year-olds into the school community for the first time.

Our school celebrated an exciting TCS Mini Marathon on site, while twelve pupils proudly represented us in the London Mini-Marathon, joining 22,000 children to complete an inspiring 2.6km run.

We are delighted to announce that Cedar Children’s Academy has been recognised by UNICEF UK with the Silver: Rights Aware Rights Respecting School Award.

Active Kent & Medway delivered Eco Ambassador Training with workshops on sustainability and active travel, enabling pupils to plan environmental actions in school and apply for funding to support eco-friendly projects.

The Art Exhibition on Wednesday 4 February showcased pupils’ creative progress through sketchbooks, photographs and final pieces, with children confidently sharing the skills and techniques learned since September.
